About the event
Be put through your paces for 3 hours at THE ULTIMATE BOOTCAMP with Linton & Steel!
The Ultimate Bootcamp includes HIIT, Core, Band Work, Resistance, Cardio, Mobility, Yoga and Relaxation. It's the perfect place for an all round workout, get fit and healthy, meet new people and most importantly - have fun!
Doors open at 1:00pm - event STARTS at 1:30pm and FINISHES at 4:30pm.
Bring your own mat. We also recommend bringing your own bands if you have them but we can provide bands if you don't.
FILL IN YOUR HEALTH DECLARATION: You will receive an email link to our Health Declaration page once you've purchased your tickets - please fill this out and submit it before you attend the event!
We cannot issue refunds but we will help you to fill your slot if you cannot make it.
