Be put through your paces for 3 hours at ULTIMATE BOOTCAMP with Linton & Steel!
Ultimate Bootcamp includes HIIT, Core, Band Work, Resistance, Cardio, Mobility, Yoga and Relaxation. It's the perfect place for an all round workout, get fit and healthy, meet new people and most importantly - have fun!
Doors open at 10:15am - event STARTS at 10:30am and FINISHES at 13:30.
Bring your own mat. We also recommend bringing your own bands if you have them but we can provide bands if you don't.
